1. We are sorry that no exchanges are allowed. Please verify your size against the info of items posted. Please clarify any doubts you have on the items before ordering.

2. We practise quality control for all our items. We will make sure all items are in good condition before we mail them out. In any circumstances that the stocks from supplier have defects, we will give you a note that we will exchange with the supplier to ensure all our dear customers will receive a good condition item. Therefore, a slight delay will occurred in the delivery of the orders.

3. We emphasize in showing you the actual colours of products as clear as possible. Lighting such as natural sunlight, camera flash light etc may lead to slight discrepancies between the colours of products customer received and colours of products shown in the website. Besides, due to possible inevitable discrepancies flashing from individual computer screen resolutions, there is no guarantee that the displayed colours at computer screen will be exactly the same as the real products.
